Tony McBride's Profile

Tony left Oxford University in 1972 with two degrees in English. He then joined Girlings and qualified as a solicitor in 1976. He became a partner in 1978.
Initially Tony practiced in several fields including criminal law and civil litigation. For many years now he has specialised in employment law advising on all aspects, both contentious and non-contentious. He has considerable experience in employment tribunal advocacy, and wide ranging expertise including contract and policy drafting, unfair dismissal and discrimination issues, compromise agreements and TUPE.
