Richard Turner's Profile
Richard was admitted as a Solicitor in 1984. In 1986 he joined the firm of Gambrills which merged with Girlings in 2007.
Throughout his career Richard has specialised in commercial property work and has substantial experience of dealing with complex and high value sales and purchases as well as property development and funding. He acts for a wide range of clients including those in the leisure and retail sectors and owners of portfolios of industrial and retail properties. Recently matters Richard has advised on include the disposal of a large property portfolio, planning agreements and option and overage agreements.
