Lindsay graduated from Cardiff University as a medical biochemist before converting to law. She joined Girlings in 2005 as a trainee and qualified as a solicitor in 2007. Lindsay deals with a variety of property related work but has developed specialisms in the sale and letting of retail and licensed premises, in advising residential landlords and in acting for local developers, from the initial acquisition stage through to individual plot sales. She also advises on the sale and purchase of high value or complex residential properties.

Recent matters include the purchase of a listed mill comprising twenty residential units and two retail units, the refinancing of a new development in central Canterbury comprising 16 residential units and preparing an agreement for a flood barrier wall to be erected between two local long established educational institutions. Lindsay is also a qualified Notary Public.
