Lesley Rushton was articled in 1990 and admitted as a solicitor in 1992, becoming an associate in June 1993. Lesley entered the Wills and Probate Department on qualifying and became a partner in 1997. Lesley is the head of the Wills and Probate Department and her work covers all areas of private client matters including wills and living wills, Court of Protection work, lasting powers of attorney, probate and administrations of estates, tax and trusts. She is a member of the Alzheimer's Disease Society and a trustee of 'Age Concern', Herne Bay. Lesley gives regular talks to 'Carers' Voice' and other carers' associations. Lesley likes to travel and when time permits, plays a little golf.
