Julie qualified in April 1976 and moved to Ashford in 1981, having trained and worked in London. She was a partner at Thomson, Snell & Passmore until 1991 when she joined Stoodley Phippen, who then merged with Girlings in 2003. Julie offers a personal domestic conveyancing service of a high level and is branch partner at the Bank House Ashford office.

Julie is actively involved with the Kent Multiple Sclerosis therapy centre based in Canterbury which her husband attends, and she lives locally with her husband and her dog.
