Jeremy Burke's Profile

Jeremy was admitted as a solicitor in 1988 and in 2005 joined Girlings from London law firm Lawrence Jones. He has wide experience in all areas of commercial property work but specialises in the purchase and development of commercial estates, overage and conditional purchase agreements and in property secured finance.
He advises a number of banks on property secured funding including the refinancing of property portfolios. Recent transactions include the acquisition of new premises for a major national demolition company and the £8m purchase of three new premises for an educational body.
