David Mallinson's Profile
David qualified as a solicitor in 1986 after completing his Law Degree and undertaking training at a large Kent based commercial practice. He moved to Ashford in 1993 to specialise in litigation and dispute resolution. When the Ashford based practice of Stoodley Phippen, in which David was a partner, merged with Girlings in 2004, he became a partner and was made head of the Dispute Resolution department in 2006.
David specialises in property based litigation and breach of contract cases, providing a broad level of litigation support and guidance to a wide variety of commercial clients with claims at all levels up to and beyond £1 million.
